Miracle House was founded in 1990 to provide temporary housing to caregivers coming to New York City to support people living with HIV/AIDS. Through the years, our mission has grown to include anyone seeking critical medical treatment including cancer, clinical trials, reconstructive surgery and more.
Miracle House relies on the generosity of our donors to continue providing temporary housing and support services to all those in need.

For years the Liberty Humane Society has given homeless cats and dogs a chance to be adopted into loving homes. In a partnership with the City of Jersey City, under the auspices of the Mayor and City Council, the LHS took over management of the Jersey Animal Shelter. They are working with the city to raise funds to build a state-of-the-art facility.
